Delete your Ouhud QR account
Ouhud QR is provided by Ouhud GmbH. You can request deletion of your app account and associated data at any time.
Delete your account in the app
- Sign in to Ouhud QR.
- Open Settings and then Security.
- Select Delete account and confirm the warning.
Request deletion without signing in
Send an email to info@ouhud.com with the subject Delete Ouhud QR account. Include the email address used for your Ouhud QR account so we can verify and process the request.
What data is deleted
We delete your account profile, QR codes, QR content, scan analytics connected to your QR codes, API keys, passkeys, sessions, mobile device tokens and workspace memberships controlled by your account.
Data that must be retained for legal, tax, fraud prevention or security reasons may be kept only for the required retention period.
